RHINOCELL® Epistaxis Packs are constructed of a unique sponge material using an exclusive formula designed for rapid and effective treatment of epistaxis.  The small cell structure of RHINOCELL® provides a smooth surface, which maximizes comfort while minimizing tissue ingrowth.  The high tensile strength of the sponge material prevents shedding or tearing.  The packs are supplied compressed for ease of insertion and will expand as fluid is introduced, giving time for accurate positioning.  All RHINOCELL® Epistaxis Packs are supplied with an integral lanyard to secure dressing to the outside nose.
